Machine forms Partnership with Delaware Gazette
The Ohio Machine has announced the Delaware Gazette as a 2012 Official Supporter. The Delaware Gazette is a daily newspaper that serves Delaware County Ohio. Publisher Scott Koon of the Gazette is looking forward to the upcoming year. "We at the Delaware Gazette are excited The Ohio Machine are playing their home matches at OWU and look forward to keeping Delaware County informed about their season."
Machine Announces Oberfields LLC as Sponsor
Oberfields, the best known name in concrete masonry, landscape, precast and sitescape products, has been named a 2012 Official Supporter of The Ohio Machine. Oberfields manufactures all of their products in Ohio and have four sales locations within the state.
Training Camp to be Held in mid-April
The Ohio Machine's Inaugural Season Training Camps will be held on Sundays, April 15 and April 22. The Training Camp will be held at Upper Arlington High School and both of Sunday's practices will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Autograph sessions with select players will be available after sessions are over at 3 p.m. both Sundays.
Machine Signs Former Delaware Goalie Noah Fossner
Fossner joins the Machine for the 2012 season after captaining University of Delaware for three years. During his senior season, Fossner was named to the Colonial Athletic Association All-Tournament Team and was the MVP of the USILA North-South Senior All-Star Game. Fossner is currently a volunteer assistant coach for Rutgers University.
Goalie Scott Vogel Added to the Roster
The Ohio Machine has signed former Assumption goalie Scott Vogel. Vogel, who played high school lacrosse at Olentangy-Liberty, is Assumption's all-time leader in goals against average with 9.80. Vogel graduated Assumption in 2010 and this will be his first year in the MLL.
