Meet the Ohio Machine players and shut down Sandusky Street on Friday! Join the Ohio Machine for the official Ohio Machine Fan Fest on Friday, May 3, in conjunction with Main Street Delaware’s First Friday.
The Ohio Machine Fan Fest kicks off at 6 p.m. and will go until 8 p.m. followed by the first team practice of the season. The pep rally will take place smack dab in the middle of downtown Delaware outside of Machine partner Amato’s Woodfired Pizza at the corner of Williams and Sandusky Street.
Fans will be able to meet and greet the new and returning Machine players that will be taking the field on Saturday, May, 4 for the home opener. Take pictures, sign autographs and meet your favorite players! You can also come play mini lax games and visit our vendor village where you can chat with experts from OSU Sports Medicine of the OSU Wexner Medical Center. Games 2U will also be providing fun activities including hamster balls!
Enjoy the delicious food and beverages of Amato’s Woodfired Pizza throughout the night, and don’t forget to check out the other great businesses all around downtown Delaware as well.
We are also inviting fans to come watch the Machine practice before the opener on Friday night from 8 to 9 p.m. at Selby Stadium after First Friday.
The Ohio Machine opens up its 2013 season at home on Saturday, May 4, against the Denver Outlaws at historic Selby Stadium. Help us celebrate another Machine season!
