Holman Scores Three to Win in Team USA Exhibition

January 21, 2018
Marcus Holman played a big part in Team White's 13-12 victory over Team Blue at Saturday night's U.S. Lacrosse Indoor Team Exhibition, tallying a hat trick and adding an assist. The event took place in front of a packed house at DuBurns Arena in Baltimore, as part of US Lacrosse's LaxCon event.

Holman previously competed for the U.S. in the 2015 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship, and will represent the United States in the Federation of International Lacrosse Men's World Championship July 12-21 in Netanya, Israel after being named to the 23-man US Lacrosse Men's roster.

"Every time I get a chance to suit up and play and wear the red, white and blue, it's such an honor," Holman said. "I've been involved with US Lacrosse since the tryouts in 2013 (for the 2014 U.S. men's senior team). There's probably been 15-20 events since then, and I'm grateful for it each time. Lacrosse is in my blood."

Machine midfielder Dominique Alexander joined Holman on the White Team, while Machine defenseman Matt McMahon played for the Blue Team.
