The Ohio Machine, which begins its inaugural season in Major League Lacrosse in May 2012, announced today a multi-year partnership with Ohio specialty lacrosse retailer Midwest Lacrosse.
As part of the partnership, Midwest Lacrosse will sell officially-licensed Ohio Machine merchandise. The merchandise will be available at the retailer’s stores in Columbus and Cleveland, as well as through its website at www.midwestlacrosse.com.
“This is a great partnership for the Machine,” said President and General Manager John Algie. “Midwest Lacrosse has been providing top-notch lacrosse products and service in Ohio for more than a decade and we’re looking forward to working together.”
Midwest Lacrosse will also be selling merchandise at every Machine home game and will be providing the merchandise for in-game t-shirt tosses and in-game contests.
“We’re very excited to partner with the Ohio Machine,” said Midwest Lacrosse Owner Joe Healy. “Having seen firsthand the incredible growth of lacrosse in Ohio, we’re expecting great things for the Machine and its fans.”
Midwest Lacrosse has been a signature retailer in the Ohio lacrosse community since 2001. Midwest Lacrosse is one of Ohio’s largest lacrosse specialty retailers and offers a variety of lacrosse equipment and apparel.
Midwest Lacrosse is set to begin selling officially-licensed Machine apparel beginning in February 2012.
Machine season tickets are available now, with most of the 2012 inaugural season tickets priced at just $100 for all seven home games. For more information, please visit www.theohiomachine.com/tickets or call (614) 754-1973.
