2013 MLL Season: Greg Bice tallied two groundballs in the season home opener against the Denver Outlaws (5/4). Bice played in the second game of the season against the Chesapeake Bayhawks (5/11). Bice played in the third game of the season against the New York Lizards (5/18). 2013 MLL Stats:
2012 MLL Season: Greg Bice, 2012 co-captain, started in 13 of the 14 games in 2012 and tallied his first point of the season against the Charlotte Hounds (5/12). Against the Long Island Lizards (6/1), Bice scooped up a season-high four groundballs. Bice took his first shot of the season against the Denver Outlaws (6/9) and had two groundballs followed by his 15th groundball of the season against the Hounds (6/23). In his fourth All-Star Game (6/30), Bice scooped up three groundballs for Team Old School. A week later at Denver, Bice tied his season high in groundballs with four. Bice scored his first goal of the season against the Chesapeake Bayhawks (7/21) and picked up three groundballs. Bice recorded his second goal of the season in the team's first game against the Boston Cannons (8/4) and in his final game of the year, against the Cannons (8/11), Bice had two groundballs. Bice was also named to the 2012 Team USA for the "Duel in Denver" exhibition. 2012 MLL Stats:
Bio:
Greg Bice, an Ohio State defenseman alum, was named the Great Western Lacrosse League Conference Player of the Year. After college Bice spent his first two seasons in the MLL with the Philadelphia Barrage, appearing in one game. In 2006, the Los Angeles Riptide chose Bice as its first pick in the Supplemental Draft where he played for three seasons. With the Riptide, Bice was named to the MLL All-Star team and played in 36 games. In 2010, Bice joined Chicago and was again named to the MLL All-Star team. In the two seasons with Chicago, Bice played in 21 games, scored six goals and totaled nine points. Bice was one of the first players to be added to the inaugural season roster for the Ohio Machine when he was traded from the Rattlers. Bice currently coaches for Resolute Lacrosse in Columbus, Ohio. |
