Brett Garber tallied one groundball against the Denver Outlaws (5/4) in the season home opener. Garber played in the second game of the season against the Chesapeake Bayhawks (5/11). Garber played in the third game of the season against the New York Lizards (5/18). Garber scored one goal and tallied one groundball against the Charlotte Hounds (6/8). Garber played in the seventh game of the season against the Rochester Rattlers (6/15). Garber tallied one groundball against the Denver Outlaws (6/22).

2012 MLL Season:
Brett Garber played in eight games in 2012 and had a season high three points in the first game of the season against the Chesapeake Bayhawks (5/5). Against the Rochester Rattlers (5/19) Garber added one goal and one assist. Garber scored his fifth goal of the year against the Long Island Lizards (6/1) followed by two power play assists at Denver (7/4). Garber finished first on the team for midfielders in assists and third for points.
Garber played for four years at University of Massachusetts and was named to the All-New England First Team twice. During his senior season, Garber was the only player on his team to have a point in all of the teams 14 games. After he graduated from UMass, Garber played three seasons for the Boston Cannons. In 2010, Garber played for Chicago and had a breakout year earning career highs in goals (9), assists (4), points (14) and groundballs (8). In 2011, Garber played in 10 games for the Rattlers compiling five goals, four assists, nine points, and five groundballs. Garber was acquired by the Machine via trade with Rochester to become one of the first platers on the 2012 inaugural team.
