2013 MLL Season:
Kiel Matisz scored his first goal of the season against the New York Lizards (5/18) and scored his second goal of the season five days later against the Nationals (5/23). Matisz then scored two goals and tallied one groundball against the Rochester Rattlers (6/2 followed by talliing two groundballs against the Charlotte Hounds (6/8). Matisz then scored one goal and tallied one groundball against the Boston Cannons (6/29) and scored one goal and tallied three assists against the Chesapeake Bayhawks (6/7). Matisz tallied one assist against the Hamilton Nationals (7/20) and scored two goals against the Charlotte Hounds (7/27). Matisz scored his first hat trick of the season against the Boston Cannons (8/3). Matisz scored three goals and tallied two groundballs against the New York Lizards (8/10).

2012 MLL Season:
After being acquired by the Machine, Kiel Matisz played in seven games during the 2012 season and made his debut with the Machine against the Charlotte Hounds (6/23) and scored two goals. Matisz played against the Denver Outlaws (7/4) where he netted his first career hat-trick. Matisz scored his sixth goal of the season against the Hamilton Nationals (7/13), and had his first career assist a day later against Hamilton (7/14) at home. Matisz picked up another two goals against the Rochester Rattlers (7/28). Among the Machine rookies, Matisz ranked third for goals (8) and points (9).
2012 USILA All-American midfielder Kiel Matisz came to the Machine after making his MLL debut with the Hamilton Nationals against the Boston Cannons (5/12) and scored his first MLL goal against the Chesapeake Bayhawks (5/18). Before joining the Nationals, Matisz played collegiately at Robert Morris. Matisz finished his collegiate career as the school’s second all-time point leader (166) and fourth all-time goal scorer (94). In 2012, Matisz was named the NEC Offensive Player of the Year after recording 64 points (40G, 24A) and helped lead his team to their first-ever league title. Matisz was also a semi-finalist for the Tewaaraton Award in 2012. During his junior year Matisz had 20 assists and in 2009 earned Colonial Athletic Association All-Rookie honors. Matisz played in seven games during the 2012 season for the Ohio Machine, where he scored eight goals and one assist for a total of nine points.
