The Ohio Machine announced today the family-owned and operated pizza delivery chain Donatos as one of its newest partners for its 2013 season. As part of the partnership, Donatos pizza will be served at the Machine’s concession stands and Donatos will also be sponsoring additional Machine activities on and off the field throughout the 2013 season.
“We’re always looking for ways to improve the game-day experience for our fans, so having such an iconic brand like Donatos as a sponsor for us this year is a huge boost to our concessions and the home game atmosphere,” said Machine President and General Manager John Algie.
Donatos will add to the game-day atmosphere at all Machine home games with their in-game contest with chances to win fantastic prizes for fans of all ages. Along with in-game ntertainment, Donatos will also be sponsoring the Ohio Machine’s First Annual Overnight Camp located at Ohio Wesleyan University from July 24th through July 27th. More details on the overnight camp will be announced on Thursday.
“Since we opened our first Donatos Pizza restaurant back in 1963, we’ve always been committed to being a good neighbor and an asset to every neighborhood that we serve,” said Donatos Spokesman Tom Santor. “With lacrosse being the fastest growing sport in Central Ohio and the Ohio Machine leading that charge, we want to support all LAX players with our partnership.”
“The Ohio Machine brings great lacrosse to Delaware and we’re excited to make the fans game day experience even greater by now offering Donatos famous Edge to Edge pizza at all machine home games,” said Bill York, Donatos Franchise Partner in Delaware.
Fans will be able to reap the benefits from this partnership starting at the 2013 Home Opener on Saturday, May 4, where they will have a chance to participate in the contest and win prizes, as well as enjoy the delicious pizza! Click here to purchase tickets today for May 4!
