Ever wanted to hang out and learn from MLL All-Stars for four days straight? Well you’re in luck! Third through eighth grade boys will have that chance from Monday July 23rd through Thursday July 26th during Resolute Lacrosse’s MLL All-Pro Overnight Camp featuring instruction by Ohio Machine players Greg Bice and Anthony Kelly.
The camp will be held at Wilmington College in Wilmington, OH. The camp will help teach its campers stick skills, speed drills, proper footwork and position specific skills.
The campers’ day begins at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 10:30 p.m. each day with an average day involving position work, free time, team concepts, scrimmages and stick stringing sessions.
The MLL All-Pro Overnight Camp is just one of the many camps Resolute Lacrosse puts on during the summer. Resolute also coordinates the Columbus Youth Summer League, which runs from July 15th through August 5th.
Resolute Lacrosse began providing camps for up-and-coming lacrosse players in 2009 when Bice and Kelly founded the Columbus-based club. Resolute currently has a staff of 15, which includes current Machine players Matt Cafarelli, Max Schmidt, Eric O’Brien and Stefan Schroder.
